Conver Millions to 4.5 Million

I am attempting to use formatting to get my  numbers in millions but I need vsibility to 1 signficant figures after the millions digit. The formual I am using is:

Gross Rev Text = FORMAT ( [Gross Revenue], "#,#,M")

This takes 4,512,123 and Makes it 4,512M but I want it to show 4.5M. I cannot figure out either how to get the decimal to show instead fo the comma nor how to get it to limit down to less then the full 3 signifcant digitis. In excel this format does what I desire:

#.0,,"M"

Num Col =
IF (
[Gross Revenue] >= 1000000,
FORMAT ( [Gross Revenue], "#,##0,,m" ),
IF (
[Gross Revenue] >= 1000,
FORMAT ( [Gross Revenue], "#,##0,k" ),
FORMAT ( [Gross Revenue], "General Number" )
)
)
