Controlling width of custom icon for conditional formatting?

Is there any way to control the width of a custom icon used for conditional formatting?  I've uploaded some icons that are 16 px by 34 px but the get "squished" when displayed on a table.

Original icon image: C_4.png

On table: C-4 squished.png

Thoughts?

Thank you,

Ron

This solution forces you to make the text unacceptably large.  A more appropriate solution would be to allow the aspect ratio to be rectangular rather than square so that the icons could be wider than tall.

Hi @ErDrRon ,

In my test, the size of custom icon could only change with Text size.

This is at idea/feedback level alone. May be , hopes Power Bi will implement this in nearby future.

If you also want this in power bi, let the power bi community to know this things and give your votes at power bi site's feedback - https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=8d183f47-9aaf-4cac-92b2-1ef2b83cb4c6

Hi @ErDrRon

I think you have to use a square base for the icon, otherwise it will be compressed.

Can you expand on what you mean by square base?  Are you suggesting that the icone needs to be 34 px x 34 px in order to avoid compression?  If that's the case then it will increase the height of the table cell which will cause some of the rows to be pushed off the bottom of the page or require scroilling which is less than ideal.
