Continuous date from continuous number

Hello Team,

I have a table that looks like this. I have the number "11" which must be related to September 2020 and all other continuous numbers must continue the date sequence automatically. Can't come up with a variable. Please help.

format(eomonth(date(2019,10,1),[Number]), "mmmm-yyyy")
