Consuming K2 blackpearl workflow data

Hi,

I'm working with a K2 plackpearl server on Azure. I would like to find a way to consume data about workflows in Power BI. This functinality is already available for K2 Apit for SharePoint:

Has anyone got experience with getting the same kind of resulsts using K2 Blackpearl?

Regards,

Matt

I report on my K2 Blackperal workflows in Power BI, but that OData API is only available for Appit, not Blackperal.  I have created some SQL views that I might publish to the community when they are better.

Product documentation is at

https://help.k2.com/help#!/K2 blackpearl/4.7

under Developer Reference -> Reference Information -> Database Reference ->K2ServerLog database/schema ERD.  I downloaded the Workflow Definition ERD and Workflow Reporting ERD.

Hi,

I was able to connect to the workflow data in Power BI. Thanks for helping me out. Also I don't mind imperfect SQL  views 😉

@Matthias93,

There is no built-in connector for K2 blackpearl in Power BI. You would need to contact K2 support  to check if K2 blackpearl has OData feed available, it is possible to connect straight to the OData feed from Power BI Desktop.
