Consider Duplicates (ONLY WITH HIGHEST VALUES or PICK ONE WHEN VALUES ARE SAME)

Hi All - i am looking for a solution by way of DAX code to simplify this problem;

i have a table which will have duplicates every time data is refreshed but we need to consider only following;

1) where 'Value' is maximum consider that only row in a table for reporting

2) where 'Value' is same then consider either of the values from rows in a table for reporting

3) above should work for each day only at a time

Table Name = Apple
