Connecting to Multiple SharePoint Online Files and Getting Credential Type Error

So I am trying to connect to multiple different files on my SharePoint online site. I am using the "Web" data connector and connecting the first file works great using my organizational account but when I try to connect the second file on the SharePoint site I get the below error:

Details: "The credentials provided cannot be used for the Web source. Please update the credential type through a refresh or in the Data Source Settings dialog to continue.

I tried to clear the permissions in "Data Source Settings" for my first file but PowerBI won't let me clear it but the permissions to the site should be the same because the files have the same permissions. I also updated my PowerBI desktop version. Any ideas for how to fix this?

Thanks for the help!

Hi @v-chuncz-msft ,

Thank you for the suggestion but I need these data files to come into different tables- not a consolidated table. Other ideas?

Thanks,

Rachel
