Connecting a shared mailbox and missing "Sent by"

I've "successfully" connected a shared mailbox to PBI using rbr MS exchange online connector.

My problem is that in order to measure productivity, I need to see which employee is the actual sender for every row.

The column "From" shows the email address of the shared mailbox.

Is there anything I need to activate in the mailbox settings or another a way to dinamically get the sender?

thanks a lot in advance

Hi @setis ,

If the table returned by this connector does not contain the fields you need, please use the api provided by exchange online to get the data you want. You can ask for help on exchange's forum.
