Connecting Anonymously to Microsoft Graph

Hi,

I am trying to access graph.microsoft.com in Power BI to get the users.

When I click OK, I get the following error message.

But it never gives me a screen to select Anonymous. How can I select Anonymous?

Thanks.

@armchairexpert - Hang on, you want Azure AD Graph, not the security graph, got it. My bad. For what you want, I used OData connector to here: https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0

And used Organizational User account for authorization.

@Greg_Deckler,

Yes, that worked. I used just  https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0 instead of adding /users to it.

Thanks for your help. Much appreciated. 👍

@Greg_Deckler ,

I used both beta and v1.0. Same issue.

If I don't have access, then how can get the following when I run it on Microsoft Graph Explorer using the same account? This is live data from my organisation!

@amitchandak , @Greg_Deckler ,

Thanks for your response.

When I try using Graph Security Connector, it says Access Forbidden.

When I use the OData Feed and Anonymous, it says couldn't authenticate credentials. Also tried Windows and Organizational Account with same message.

This is surprising and frustrating as I am a Global Admin. It works fine when I use it in Postman and I can see all users in our organisation.

With the Microsoft Security Graph connector, in the first drop down, did you choose the v1.0 versus beta?

If you go through this wizard and get access denied, then you don't have the security juice to access the API.

@armchairexpert - Try using the Microsoft Graph Security Connector built in to Power BI
