Hi everyone, please tell me how to draw a similar diagram, in powerBI:  
(the center line can sometimes leave the limits of the interval)

The data for the graph is as follows:
Time axis, lower bound, line, upper bound
date1,     4,     6,     8
date2,     3,     5,     7

Area chart should meet your requirement.

Thanks, but area chart can't help me, because "center line" can sometimes leave the limits of the interval.
