Right, you would create a measure and then use a rule based criteria, like:
Measure = VAR __column = SUM([Column]) VAR __column1 = SUM([Column1]) VAR __column3 = SUM(Column3]) RETURN IF(__column >= __column1-5 && __column <= __column1+5 && __column1>=__column3-5 && __column1<=__column3+5,1,0)
