Conditional formatting on highlighted chart

Hi

I have conditional formatting on a chart (that colours in numbers above 90%), but when clicking another graph to cross filter the conditionally formatted graph doesn't change colour if the number then drops below 90%

e.g. People below 90% are red, when clicking another graph to cross filter the bar goes above 90% but is still red

see below:

Does anyone know of any way to make the conditional formatting apply even when it's highlighted?

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks

Hi @v-alq-msft

Thanks for the reply,

I understand how to conditionally format... I am just having trouble making it apply even when the graph is highlighted as part of an interaction with another visual. I can't see how to do this in any of those links?
