I currrently using the latest download, and I attempting to color format a column of data within a Table, using the Rules for conditoinal Formatting. However, I set up 6 options of conditioning the result only happen on a single row of data. I need to color code each row.
Example.
Serverity = 1-6
Each Severity is assign a color using the Rules of >= 0 and <1, >=1 and <2, etc.
Why is it only returning 1 result?
Karen
Hi
Your fomatting rules should be based on "Severity" column, but right now its based on "IcM Trend Count". pls correct this.
Thanks
Raj
I saw that however I need the bar to be displayed on the trends column. Either way it is only displaying the color affect once. How do I recity it to display on all rows?
Karen
you can right click on the measure field and select databar option and give the colouring options accordingly.
Thanks
Raj
the only problem with a Data Bar is only allows for 3 options, I need up to 6 options. Is there another way.
