Conditional formatting matrix

Dear Community, 

 

I have 2 table, 'Client_table' and 'Allocation_weekly'.

Details for client table:

'week' is the new column with DAX 

week = WEEKNUM(Client_table[Date],2)

For Allocation weekly table, is just show the client rank and their weekly allocation TEU.

I have link a relationship between this two table and created a matrix table on it. But I quite frustrate because I cant set the background color based on the weekly allocation. But this can be easily did in it excel.

Like when week 3 of client adidas had surpass the allocation target, it will show in green. If not, will show in yellow.

I had tried the conditional formatting and based on the field weekly allocation.

But its require to set the min and max, and for my case, different client have different target.

You need to write a measure for defining the color code. A sample example is below:

You can use hex codes as well.

 

 

And use it in the conditional formatting:
