Conditional formatting for non Aggregated column with various color

Hi experts,

I want to show there different color dot based on date. Here I used the calculation, but I am not able to apply conditional formating as it is not aggreagted column.

Alert = SWITCH(TRUE(),
           Backlog[Day]>5,UNICHAR(128308),
           Backlog[Day]<=5,UNICHAR(128308), -- I want to use green and amber instead of RED.
          "Blank"
          )

Please guide me.
