Hi @JCK2 ,

Based on my test, conditional format seems work fine in my environment. Maybe you can consider these limitations when using conditional format:

conditional format limitaions.png

In addition, seems you have not used the latest version of power bi desktop, you can try to update it: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494

If the above not help, could you please share some sample data or a dummy .pbix for further discussion?

Best Regards,
Yingjie Li

@JCK2

I do not see any problem in your pbix- file

what action should we do to get your issue?

My aim is to achieve the conditional formating at aggregate level, the icons disappear the moment i uncheck site from the table.

i want to see the icons at Total level...

@JCK2

is there any aggregation in visual with your [Action Diff] field?

Is [Action Diff] column or measure?

Action diff is a measure, comparing to same time last year performance...

Just an update, it will perfectly when added rows, but when aggregating it does not seem to work 😞Icon not showing up.PNG
