Conditional Sum of a Measure

Hi everyone,

Working on my first PoweBI project. I am trying to figure out how to do a conditional sum of a measure.

Below is my current matrix that shows part #, average pallets, and tote #. The average pallets field is a measure that is dividing the average quantity requested per day by the quantity per pallet 

Average Pallets =DIVIDE(AVERAGE('2020'[Rlse Qty1]), SUM('data'[PALLET QTY]))

 What I want to do is make another matrix that shows Tote # and Sum of the Average Pallets for that tote.

Any help would be appreciated.

Current Matrix:

Part #	Average Pallets	Tote #
DL3E6B284BB-EF01A	0.05	0212E482
DL3E6B284BB-EF06A	0.45	0212E482
3L3E8594CA-EF15A	0.07	ST32
AL3E8594AB-EF0AA	0.19	ST32

Wanted Matrix:

Tote #	Sum of Average Pallets
0212E482	0.5
ST32	0.26

Add the following measure to your data:

Total by tote = SUMX(VALUES(Table[Tote #]), [Averafge Pallets])
