Quick question folks, I have been asked to create several charts using conditional formating based on 3 conditions which are if the value is >=95 Green between 90 - 95 Amber and <90 red. Simple enough but what if these charts increase to 100 and the conditions change. Is there a way for me to create a dynamic formula were the charts change when the conditions change without me going into each chart and changing them myself.
Thank you for your time
HI @Brendy_P ,
The solution will completly depend on how these values are changed?
Are these values static values that are decalared every month or so as thresholds?
Are these changed values populated in the data in the Power BI?
Please provide more details here as dynamic calculations can be easily written in Power BI, but depends on the scenario.
Hi Pragati
The values will be populated in the data
Thanks Pragati
I can't provide the original data I will have to send some mock data which I will do and get back to you
Hi, @Brendy_P
If the problem has not been solved, please kindly provide a sample file for further research.

Hi Pragati
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, I have a simple excel file with sample data that you could use but not sure how to attach it
