Conditional Formatting Not Working

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why the State column from line 2 onwards are not green please? (Today's date is the 26th Feb 2021)

SWITCH returns the first result that matches, so it never gets to the Green condition (since if it satisfies the Green condition it necessarily satisfies the Yellow condition first).

Try swapping the Yellow and Green lines to put the more restrictive condition first.
