Conditional Formatting Matrix, show icon instead of Y or N

I have the following measure which is just a check to see if information has been recorded...

Costs = IF('Contract Manager'[TotalLabour] = 0, "N", "Y")

This obviously shows Y or N on the table / matrix.  Using conditional formatting is it possible to replace Y or N with an X or tick from the icons?

Hi,

You could use conditional formatting like the example below

You could also use UNICHAR() instead of N/Y in your measure as shown below

Costs = IF('Contract Manager'[TotalLabour] = 0, UNICHAR(10006), UNICHAR(10133))
