Conditional Column with Date : How to manage cells without a date ?

Dear,

I have created this conditional column with the following measure :

Uncovered Claims Before 16/03/2020 = IF('Invoice Table'[date of the invoice] <= DATE(2020,03,16), "Yes", "No")

But as you can see in the screenshot bellow there is some cells without date and I do not want the condition to return "Yes" when it's empty but "No".

I do not know how to manage the blank.

Could you please help me thank you ?

@Anonymous , if you have a blank invoice date

then

IF( not(isblank('Invoice Table'[date of the invoice] )) && 'Invoice Table'[date of the invoice]<= DATE(2020,03,16), "Yes", "No")

if this coming because on join with date table. Means Date table is missing joins.
