Concatenating Rows

1.PNG I'm trying to get the Payroll Subservices field to be on one row for each company. So for each company, instead of having multiple rows I would like to have:

3385   Payroll-Full;Checks-Full;NewHire-Mini

0002   Payroll-Full;Checks-Full

0008   Payroll-Full;NewHire-Full;Checks-Full

etc.

etc.

Re: Concatenating Rows

In Query Editor, do a 'group by' on co, select All Rows.

Add a Custom Column using the syntax       = [Combined][Payroll Subservices]  where 'Combined' is the new column name from the 'group by' step.

You can then expand the new column (extract values) and you will be offered options to select a delimiter. Choose ';'
