Complaint scorecard

I have a complaint/ticket database in SharePoint feeding into BI for visualization.

I currently have weights attached to severity, response time, and resolution time.

So basically a flat grade on severity and then the other two attributes added in. You get a numeric score (0-100).

I am trying to see how i can account for the QUANTITY of complaints as a factor as well?

PLEASE HELP!

Hi @Anonymous ,

I am not sure what desired result would you want, could you please share your sample data and desired output screenshots for further analysis? You can also upload sample pbix to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

Please read this post to get your answer quickly: How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly.

Best Regards,
