Comparison between years in Power BI

Hello Friends,

I would like a help about creating comparison between years in power BI. For example for the last 3 years, 2016, 2017, 2018.

I wonder if I have to build DAX for it. I have some data model by someone which in a DATASET and I do not know how the tables are related over. So, I need a help to build for example a graph.

I have to build downtime by assets comparing the those years above.
