Hi,
I would like to compare actuals vs targets at both individual and group level. For example, let's say my actual vs target data is:
US = 50% vs 30%
UK = 60% vs 60%
Canada = 40% vs 50%
etc...
But I also have an 'All Territory' Target of 40%.
How do I show the Actual at All Territory vs this target? The Actual at All Territory is derived from underlying data.
To add to the complication, there are other dimensions too. For example, I would have a matrix target for Territories and Departments (e.g.: Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office), as well as at the All Territory, and all All Departments level. Plus there will be monthly targets and full year target.
In most circumstances, the members of the dimensions can 'sum up' to the group level, but this can't be done with percentages.
Any help on this will be much appreciated, thank you.
Hi @Anonymous,
For you scenario, more data sample would be better.
If it is convenien, please share some data sample which could reproduce your scenario and your desired output so that we could help further on it.
In addition, here is a similar thread you could refer to.
Best Regards,
Cherry
Hi Cherry,
Thanks for your response. I've attached some dummy data which may help:

Desired output would be to view Actuals, Targets and the Variance over time through Country and Office slicers (including at the 'Global' and/or 'All Office' levels).
