Comparing values from one table by different dates

Hi Everyone,

I have a  table that shows the estimated production of a product per day. The estimation is also on daily basis.

Filtering the table with an estimation date slicer (12/10/2019), the table looks as:

How can I get a table that compares the estimated production by 2 different custom est. dates, to be selected in separate slicers, initial and final date (not a fixed period, e.g. last month, last 7 days..)

The result would look like:

Can you please help?

Thank you!
