Compare text columns in two different tables over a time period and identify the differnces

I have a fixed column named "Plan"and I want to compare its Restriction over 2 months and flag the rows which changed.

To make the question more clear,  below are the details. Can someone please help ?

 

Plan nameRestriction for May'18Restriction for June'18Expected result
APAPANo Change
BQASTChange 
CSTPAChange
DPAST

Use below DAX, before that Please create the Relation between both the Tables the Create the Calculated Column

 

 

 

Expected Results =
IF (
    'Sales Data'[Customer Name Index] = RELATED ( 'Customer Data'[Customer Index] ),
    "No Change",
    "Change"
)

For this sample data, you can create a calculated column with the below formula.

 

COmparision=IF(Table1[Restriction for May'18]=Table1[Restriction for June'18], "No Change", "Change")
