Compare monthly volume changes to budget volumes

I am trying to create a comparison file of data we use for budgeting.  Comparing data that gets updated every month to the budget.  We use LMC data to set our budget volumes, then need to compare the monthly updates of LMC against the budget volumes and LMC's previous' month data.  I used the FILTER(CROSSJOIN(SELECTCOLUMNS) to compare Oct17 LMC to Budget LMC.  Relationship through a date key table on date.   Works fine.  I create same FILTER(CROSSJOIN(SELECTCOLUMNS) to compare Nov17 to Budget LMC.  Relationship through date key table on date.  Fails.  Nov17 provides 1 one number, appears to be a relationship issue but cannot solve.

Hi, the data is under a license. So, I have to figure out a way to share the file if at all.  thanks
