Compare Finish Time with Target Time

I would like to compare a workflow (wf) finish time with the target time and highlight the finish time when it passes the target time. The Finish Time is in hh.mm format, for instance 05:00pm. I would like to compare it with the target time, i.e. 07:00pm. However, when I tried to do the Conditional Formating for WF Finish Time, I was only given the option of Count of WF Finish Time, instead of the actual value of the Finish Time. Is there anyway to do conditional formatting for time?

@HelenaX Might have to convert the time to a number in a new column/measure and base the conditional formatting on that. Some links are below for that but in your case, you might be able to create a copy of the column and just change the data type.

It is very strange. I had to post my replies 3 times and first 2 replies simply disappeared after I clicked "Post". This is not the first time I experienced this in this community. Also, I couldn't do a Thumb Up. Was there a restriction on the number of thumbs a solution can have?

@Greg_Deckler That works!! I was able to create a measure to convert the time to a number:

WF Finish Time in Decimal = selectedvalue('Main WF Status'[WF Finish Time])*24
and then do the conditional formatting! Exactly what I need! Thank you!
