Hi all!!!
I have two duplicated tables containing the exact same information related to ticket management (Tickets and Tickets (2)) in order to calculate different SLAs using as a date filter the creation date for Tickets and end date for Tickets (2) in the same report. I connect creation date from Tickets and end date from Tickets (2) to the date of a Calendar table I created, so both fields are connected and I can filter them at the same time using the Date from the Calendar table.
When I'm trying to filter the SLAs per resolution group I need a common filter that can affect both SLAs (creation date and end date). This field is called Group and it's the same for both tables (Tickets and Tickets (2)). How could I create a a common filter for both Group fields in Power BI?
Thanks for your help!!! 🙂
@Anonymous ,
You may try Append Queries (Table.Combine) in Query Editor or UNION Function (DAX) to create a new table.
Thanks for your reply. I tried to use the functions you mentioned but I didn't manage to make them work. Also, I manually created the auxiliary table to connect the duplicated ones, but it prompts an error if I connect both of them. Do you know any other alternatives?
