Commission Calculation based on YTD

Good Morning,

I am trying to calculate the commission pay out based on YTD percentage with the following rules.
1. Commission is calculated on YTD percentage
2. If YTD achievement is lower then 80% no commission is payed that month. If next month the percentage is higher than 80%, the sales recuperate the previous month.
3. Higher then 100% is not payed until the yearly target is achieved. And an accelerator is applied when the yearly target is achieved. The accelerator is 2% payed for 1% achieved
(ex. 102% achieved = 104% payed with a cap of 200%).

A Power BI file that looks similar of what I am working on. Click here

If someone can help me that would be awesome.

Thanks for your help

Hi @Zilliox ,

To my knowledge, I'm afraid that your last requirement "Payout" couldn't be achieved currently.

In excel, the value of D22 is calculated based on B22 to C22. This can't be achieved with DAX currently.

D22=IF(D14>1,S5,
IF(D14<0.8,0,
(SUM($Q5:S5)*D14)-SUM($B22:C22)))

Best regards

Icey
