Anyway to have one measure just be a line chart for its nominal value while other measures are additive on a stack chart? See image below for example. This was produced in R Studio. Link to chart is here. I tried stacking a line on stacked chart, but then I can only get data tips from the top order visual. TIA.

I found a visual called Power KPI chart from the market might help you.
By default, the view is a line graph, and there will be three data displays above, we can turn them off in Format.
We can change the line chart to a stacked area chart by going to Fomat->line->Type and change Type from "Line" to "Area" for the columns you wanted to show as the area.
