There are quite a few ways to achieve this and what you want to do entirely depends on the larger use-case for your data.

The simpliest solution is to 'unpivot' the data.  This will mean that you will have 2 identifying columns, the name of item "nama" and the type "True or False"

From here, you can create measures that sum the value column based on the type filter.

Your question now is going to be: "How do i unpivot the data?"
This really quite easy, go into Transform Data (Power Query).  Find the table (Query) that contains your data.  Use the button on the "Transform" tab of the ribbon called "Unpivot Data".  Its about a third of the way along.
