I am trying to accomplish the following, best described with an illustration:
Basically the Plan and Actual figures is not a problem, this is just a visualization of data from a table. The green part, the Forecast, is the challenge. The data for this is a manually entered table and is always for the current month. In the above example, the Forecast for the current month is 60 and should always display 60, also when the actual figures increase during the course of the month. Would something like this be possible in Power BI and if not, does anyone have a suitable alternative?
Thank you!
I have written a solution in this blog post if it's still something you need.

Hi @erikm ,
Based on my test and searching, I haven't find a method to Clustered and Stacked column chart together in PowerBI.
I would suggest you voting this idea: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/6804910-clustered-stacked-chart
