Columna con valores Acumulado y registros distintos

Hola tengo una base de datos en la cual tengo un campo de Año/Semana (no es tipo fecha) y quiero llevarme la informacion de la columna Late de la semana 2019.06 a la semana siguiente 2019.07... Con que formula puedo bajar este dato de una semana a otra??

Quiero calcular un Late N-1

Año/ Semana	Planta	Material	Conf	Real	Late	Late N-1
2019.06	S1	SKU 2	100	90	-10
2019.07	S1	SKU 2	100	130	11	-10
2019.08	S1	SKU 2	0	120	5	11
2019.09	S1	SKU 2	100	80	-20	5

So your requirement is to achieve the aggregation value in previous year? You may use PREVIOUSYEAR() or SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR(), please refer to:
