Hi, I have a very specific need of generating a metric for a column which will be selected by the user at the report level.
E.g I have a fact table which stores registration info for a particular event at individual customer level (which customer registered for the event and when). Then I have a 'Customer' dimension which holds columns like 'company', 'job_title', 'industry' which describes company name, job title and industry of my customer.
Now, I want to show top 10 company by number of registrations, top 10 industries by number of registrations. Similarly for other columns as well, but in one single chart only. So based on the column selected by end user, it should show top 10 registration distribution.
Can anyone help me ?
