Column name not visible in pivot table

Hi,

Why isn't the table name not visible when used as a column in a pivot table? It's visible when I use the table as a row.
Only when a insert a second table in the column field it becomes visible (but the second table in the hierarchy is still not visible)

Hi @Artefact ,

If I understand your scenario correctly that the pivot table you mentioed is matrix in Power BI?

If it is, actually, this is the default behaviour for matrix in Power BI.

For reference, you could have a good look at this document about matrix to learn how to use it.

Best  Regards,

Cherry

Hi @Artefact ,

I still have a little confused about your scenario.

If it is convenient, could you share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the scenario, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

Cherry

Hi,

In the first (left) scenario, the row name and the value name are visible as headers in the pivot table. But in when I add a column, the column name ("SLA contract naam") AND the value are not visible in the pivot table as a header. Why is this?
