I have a column in a table which contains Case ID numbers. They start at 1 and go through to 13404. But for some reason in the visualisation table they have all convert to 1 with a total at the bottom of the table

Hi @COMtrac
as it is in header "Count of CaseId", you have count aggregation on the CaseId column. In the right pane you have to right click and choose "Don't summarize", as in pic below.

Your Count ID default Summarization is Count now.
So the solution is u have to remove the Count and have to apply Don't Summarize it will help u.
