Column Calculation off slicer value

Currently I have a dataset which tracks production vs a planned figure, however we have 3 different planned figures - one we use for external customers, one for internal customers and another which is an internal department stretch target.

What i'm trying to develop is a calculated column which shows production vs the selected plan version the user chooses from a slicer on the visualisation. Example dataset below and type of visualisation I'm trying to develop.

I've seen other ways to do this with measures however I'd like to try and do it as a column as this column is then used to feed in to other calculations.

Hi @tomr

It seems you may use 'Unpivot other columns' in query editor. Show a simplified sample as below. If it is not your case, please explain more about your expected output.
