Collapse slicer group shape upon page entry

Background

I have designed a slicer pane that expand and collapes to hold all slicers using shapes, bookmarks and buttons. as seen here: https://exceleratorbi.com.au/create-a-power-bi-slicer-panel/

I have 3 pages, main page, page 1 and page 2.

Problem

In page 1, I expanded the slicer pane to switch to main page using a botton in the slicer pane, when i return back to page 1 the slicer pane is still out(maintains the last state, which makes sense).

Expected

But I will like the slicer pane to be collapesed upon returning to page 1.

Let every navigation to a page, open as new with everything collapesed and no change besided the data change.

Hi @Anonymous

If you want to return back to Page 1 without resetting slicer, you can create a bookmark for the original page 1, then create an object on main page,  and link it to the bookmark. So when you select an object, it will show the bookmark associated with that object.

FYI: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/desktop-bookmarks#bookmarks-for-shapes-and-images

Hope it helps!

If you have further questions please feel free to let me know.
