Hi all,
I would like to present the clustered bar chart with same format as image below however I don't know which chart will support to design the value under each bar. I tried with Clustered bar chart in Power BI but can't display the value under each bar. Thanks for your help.

What about just making a basic Table or Matrix visual, choosing Conditional Formatting for your measure and choosing Data Bars?

You can use the matrix visual, then create a measure :
measure=sum(table[balance])(it is the same as balance column)
Put the balance column and measure into the visual, then choose one of them, and conduct the following actions:
