Clustered Column Compared count over months

Hi All, I'm new to PBI and really struggling with what I thought would be a simple graph. I am trying to create a clustered column that shows a count of Projects by stage over months. e.g. Total projects in Demand for April = 20 and May = 18 etc. I thought I would just added the next month to the axis but this then creates a drill down not a side by side comparison?? Below is an example of the table I am using. Any help will be hugely appreciated!

Project ID                      Apr-19               May-19
