Clustered Bar Chart with Region & Sub Region as label

Hi All,

I am trying to create a clustered bar chart which is similar to below

I tried drill down to next hierachy but it not the way i need .

have also trying putting subregion on legend but i wil not  like to have it as a legend subregion as name on the left side a sshown in 1st image

Can someone help on same ? Thanks
