Hey forum!
We use Cloudscope visual to display KPI arrow - it used to work perfectly fine, until recently i got back from vacation and it just stopped working out of nowhere.
Now whenever we export our reports to PDF, the image reloads in full. (see below for reference)
And it shown like this on the report.
We haven't changed any settings, so i find it very strange.
I have read about Power Bi limiting possibilites for external visuals, so we also tried downloading the approved visual and used BASE64 instead of url link, but the issue is the exact same.
It happens because the visual "updates/reloads" before exporting to PDF, is there a way to keep it static when exporting to pdf?
Any help would be highly appreciated, as our KPI arrows are the bones of the report.
Hi @tobkres,
According to your description, it seems like the export feature failed to render the icons. What version of power bi desktop are you working on? Can you please share some more detail?

Should be the newest, as it auto updates i assume.
"Version: 2.108.825.0 64-bit (August 2022)"
Just done some more testing. And it seems like it works fine, when you publish it to Power BI, and then export it from the web based Power BI. But i'm just wondering, why it doesn't work in the desktop version.
