Closest before and after dates from non related tables

Hello everyone,

I have a list of dates in a table [A_EFFECTIVE_TABLE], then I want to create another 2 colums in different table [B_TABLE] that are: Effective Date Before and Effective Date After based on a Calculated Date in the B_TABLE

I have already this working in Excel, but have to transofrm the Excel Formula to PQ/PBI

Here an example of the result: 

Calculated Settlement Date    Effective Date Before     Effective Date After
       1/1/2010                      12/15/2019                2/15/2019        (mm/dd/yyyy)

where Calculated Settlement Date is = L1_FUTURES_NYMEX_CL[Calculated Settlement Date].[Date]
and Effective dates that I want to see are in = Raw_w_SettlePrice[EXPIRATION_DATE].[Date]

I am not sure what desired result would you want, could you please share your sample data and clarify the logic to get the desired output screenshots for further analysis? You can also upload sample pbix to OneDrive and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.
