I have a funnel chart i have created and thought I understood this, but perhaps I'm confused.
This chart shows sales numbers which are in a state of 'closing the deal'...where weighted = sales. On the left is the % probability of closing that sale. Assuming I'm reading this right 3.03million is sitting at the bottom of the funnel at about 90% probable.
Am I interpreting this correctly? If so great.
What I'm confused on is the percentages on the top and bottom of that chart...100% on the top and 193.9% at the bottom...can anyone help me understand those two in relation to the rest of the chart?
Emma
A Funnel Chart is better to show Stages
Starting to 100% and the Last Stage should be equal or less.
A sample:
Prospect 100
Visited 80
Made a Propose 50
Negotiating 30
Sales Confirmed 20
