Choose a record from the grid and show it in a card

Hi everybody,

I need your help with grid and cards, do I need is to select a record from the grid, the grid has a index value, this value exist in other table as well, check the relationship graph, well I need the avility to choose one record conect to another table and show the result in a card, I did the relationship but nothing is happening.

You may try to create a measure to get the value as requested. If it is not your case, please share a simplified data sample and expected output.
