Check user status based on activity

Hello everyone,

Can anybody help me with this? I am trying to understand how many active and inactive users in our system. We can track the status of the user based on his activity.

If he created a record within a 3-month window thus he is active. 

Example:

User	Transaction Date	Date Dimension	Status
A	01/01/2019	January	Active
A	01/01/2019	February	Active
A	01/01/2019	March	Active
A	01/01/2019	April	Inactive
A	01/01/2019	May	Inactive
A	06/01/2019	June	Active
A	06/01/2019	July	Active
A	06/01/2019	August	Active
A	06/02/2019	September	Inactive
