Charticulator - Is this possible to recreate?

I want to make a measure that calculates power to display on a scale similar to below, but I'm not sure if Charticulator can even do this.. I've made a manual table with the scale values, and a static measure to plot, but I can't work out how it could be done.

I would need the scale  0 - 0.05 - 0.1 -- 0.5 to remain static, and I want to plot the power value as a measure. The videos I've watched for this addon don't really seem to help answer whether or not this could be built. Can anyone tell me if this is doable? Any hints on how?

You could do this with Deneb. You could take a similar approach to this NPS visual:

A sample book is available for download here:

Deneb: Declarative visualization in Power BI (microsoft.com)

In which you will find the visual that you can edit to meet your needs
