Character Separated file

I have a text file I need to bring in and the fields are sepeerated by a "^"  (shift 6) and Power BI isn't picking that up.  How can I tell PBI to use the "^" and the field separator.

In the Query Editor add a step by choosing"Split Column" - "Split By Delimiter" on the "Home" tab.
