I've been working on a report that some clients are having one date filter displayed in US format (mm/dd/yyyy), while the rest of the dates are in UK format (dd/mm/yyyy). I understand this is due to the regional setting of the user, but I wanted to know if there is a way around this? That I could configure all dates to only one format? In this case (dd/mm/yyyy)?
I tried usng the locale query but it did not work, changing the column also has not helped much, is there anything I could do to fix this? Thanks in advance
Solved! Go to Solution.
try to wrap it with FORMAT, e.g.
FORMAT(TODAY(), "DD/MM/YYYY")
Hi, is this for the Power query? Or where do I apply this? Haven't heard of that one before.
Also do I have to use this for every single date table/column there is? thanks in advance
